Custom silicone rubber strips and extruded profiles can be evaluated according to the required dimensions or cross-section. A flat strip, a simple rectangular profile and a special cross-section each place different demands on the material and the production method.
These strips and profiles are suitable for continuous sealing, cushioning and other industrial applications. Because they are supplied as continuous lengths, they can follow straight runs as well as longer sealing or protection lines.
Buyers can provide a drawing, dimensions, a physical sample or a reference profile for evaluation. The final production method depends on the actual geometry and requirements, so the part is reviewed before a quotation is prepared.

Extruded Profile or Cut Strip?
Some strip requirements can be cut from silicone rubber sheet, while continuous or special cross-section profiles may require extrusion. The suitable method depends on the required dimensions, geometry, quantity and application.
